Our specialty is rice , Minyam's flagship. In addition to the reinvented and raw tapas and dishes, we have a Josper charcoal oven that gives a distinctive touch to all our fish, seafood and meats.

In the wine list we have included a selection of the most representative areas of our territory, trying to incorporate new references.
